Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced
Senior SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) Consultant with strong customer-facing skills. The role involves handling support tickets across both
SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments. The ideal candidate should possess deep functional expertise in SD processes and the ability to engage directly with clients, understand their business challenges, and provide effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Work on SAP SD tickets in both ECC and S/4HANA systems.
- Interact directly with customers to understand issues, gather requirements, and deliver resolutions.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex SD-related incidents.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth issue resolution.
- Provide guidance and support during enhancements, changes, and upgrades.
- Ensure high-quality documentation and follow standard processes.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP SD module.
- Experience working with both SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments.
