Role Overview
We are seeking a
Senior SAP SD Consultant with strong hands-on experience in supporting and managing both
SAP ECC and
SAP S/4HANA environments. The ideal candidate should have excellent customer-facing skills, the ability to handle complex support tickets, and a solid understanding of end-to-end SD processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle SAP SD support tickets across both ECC and HANA systems.
- Work directly with business users to understand issues, gather requirements, and provide effective solutions.
- Perform root-cause analysis for recurring process problems and recommend process improvements.
- Configure and troubleshoot core SD areas including Order Management, Pricing, Billing, Delivery, and Credit Management.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (FI, MM, PP, WM, etc.) for integrated issue resolution.
- Prepare functional specifications for enhancements and work with technical teams on developments.
- Support testing, training, and deployment of SD changes or enhancements.
Mandatory Skills- Strong experience in SAP SD Module (ECC + S/4HANA).

- Billing & Invoicing
- Credit & Debit Memo Processing
- Partner Determination
- Expertise in ticket management and customer support interactions.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced client environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Good to Have
- Experience in WRICEF developments (RICEF objects understanding).
- Knowledge of Integration with FI, MM, WM, PP.
- Exposure to upgrade or migration projects.
