- At least 6 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration
- Minimum 1-2 end to end SAP Basis implementation /Migration (Data Center, Cloud, OS/DB) /Upgrade full life cycle.
- Knowledge on SAP S4hana conversion /BW4 conversion – end-to-end
- Knowledge on System Architecture and cloud technologies
- Hands on experience in Designing & Implementing Landscape, Infrastructure, Client Strategy, Capacity Planning (Sizing), High-Availability & Disaster Recovery setup, Backup & Recovery Strategy, Storage systems, Solutioning and Basis Administration.
- Serve as a subject matter expert & focal point for architectural frameworks.
- Well versed with the entire business suite of SAP, S/4 HANA, HANA Administration, Solution Manager, Other SAP & 3rd party tools.
- Responsible for providing SAP Basis technical expertise and leadership in development & implementation of SAP solutions
- SAP Basis Administration for SAP ERP, SAP CRM, SAP NetWeaver, SAP Enterprise Portal, SAP Content Server, SAP Solution Manager and SAP TREX systems
- Hana Replication and DR setup
- Hana Table partition and Revision Upgrade.
- SAP system EHP, SPS , S4Hana upgrade
- Knowledge on Integration of different product with SAP ( Like – SF, Payroll integration, Ariba integration )
- SAP BOBJ Installation and configuration + Migration knowledge
- SAP FIORI setup and Authorization - create and manage Fiori catalogs and groups for user-centric navigation
- Ensure optimal system performance and conduct regular system health checks.
- Develop and enforce security protocols within the SAP environment.
- Manage user roles and access controls, ensuring data security and compliance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Strong background in SAP Basis administration and security management.
- Proficiency in SAP Fiori administration, with a focus on catalog and group creation.
- Expertise in SAP integration tools, particularly CPI and C4C.
- Knowledge on Incident management and KPI.
Desirable Skills:
- SAP certifications in relevant areas.
- Experience with SAP HANA, S/4HANA, and cloud-based SAP solutions.
