Job Description

General Summary

  • Part of RF360 Enterprise Apps portfolio supporting SAP ECC and connected non-SAP systems.
  • Focus: Support Sourcing & Sales groups through SAP MM (Materials Management) and SD (Sales & Distribution).
  • Develop and optimize SAP solutions using ABAP and ABAP OO.
  • Work closely with functional consultants and business stakeholders.
  • Emphasis on enterprise architecture and integration across finance, procurement, sales, and logistics.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize SAP applications in MM and SD modules using ABAP/ABAP OO.
  • Build and maintain company-specific mobile applications in SAP MM and SD.
  • Design and implement complex SAP and non-SAP system interfaces.
  • Perform error analysis and debugging of ABAP programs.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and provide technical consulting.
  • Prepare specifications and documentation for changes.
  • Communicate proactively with consultants regarding system and process performance.
  • Support quality assurance and respond to operational support queries.
  • Suggest continuous improvements to processes and applications.


Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE preferred).
  • 3+ years programming, scripting, or automation experience with degree OR 5+ years without degree.
  • 5+ years practical experience as an SAP ABAP developer, including OO ABAP.
  • Good knowledge of SAP MM and SD modules and procure-to-accounting business processes.
  • Experience with database design (MongoDB, MySQL preferred).
  • Analytical mindset, customer service orientation, team player.
  • Experience in stakeholder management and business engagement.
  • Familiarity with SAP project management and monitoring tools.
  • Ability to work in dynamic, high-pressure environments.
  • Experience architecting large SAP solutions including cloud/on-premises.
