Role Description

We are seeking a Senior SAP ABAP Consultant for a hybrid role located in Bengaluru, with flexibility for some remote work. As a Senior SAP ABAP Consultant at CAPTIV, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, developing, testing, and deploying software applications and SAP modules. You will be working in an agile development environment with cross-functional teams and clients to ensure that systems are developed according to client specifications, within agreed timelines and budgets.

Qualifications
  • 5-8 years of experience in SAP ABAP programming and implementation, including experience with the latest SAP technologies like SAP S/4HANA, Fiori, and Gateway
  • Strong understanding of core ABAP programming and debugging skills, including object-oriented programming, ABAP queries, ABAP reports, and User Exits
  • Strong knowledge of SAP development tools, including ABAP Workbench, Eclipse, and SAP GUI
  • Strong understanding of SAP functional modules, including but not limited to FI, CO, SD, and MM
  • Experience with SAP integration scenarios, including ALE, IDoc, and Web Services
  • Experience with SAP data migration tools and methods, including LSMW
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Prior consulting experience is a plus
