- Must have a good understanding of Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud

- Must have good experience in Descriptive programming/configuration
- Must have good experience in customization using Apex, Lightening Aura, LWC
- Must have an understanding of Salesforce capabilities and OOTB/standard functionalities
- Must have hands-on experience on integrating Salesfroce with other applications/systems.
- Should have experience on configuring Community portal/Experience cloud
- Must be able to work independently and provide solutions for complex requirements/issues
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Should have experience/exposure of release management processes using VSCode, GitLab, Jenkins, DevOps etc.
- Relevant Salesforce certifications or Architect certified
- Bachelors degree in IT or related
- 7+ Years of experience required
Should have worked on Automotive or manufacturing-related Salesforce processes/applications
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud.

- Familiarity with Community Portal/Experience Cloud configuration.
- Proven problem-solving ability and creative thinking in technical environments.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Developer, Admin, Architect) preferred.
