Job Summary:
As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will lead technical implementation of Salesforce solutions across business units, mentor junior developers, and drive enterprise-level integrations, especially in complex environments involving org mergers, SAP, and other mission-critical systems. You will be expected to bring architectural thinking, hands-on development expertise, and a collaborative mindset to scale our Salesforce ecosystem across geographies and departments.
Roles &Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end technical delivery of Salesforce projects using LWC, Apex,Flows, and APIs.
- Work with Architect and build secure, scalable, and reusable components across multiple clouds (Sales, Service, Experience).
- Design and implement advanced integration strategies, especially with SAP, internal APIs, and middleware tools.
- Spearhead org merge and consolidation efforts involving data architecture, cleanup,and system governance.
- Create scalable frameworks for unit testing, CI/CD, and deployment using SFDX, Unlocked Packages, and DevOps tools.Provide technical mentorship and perform code reviews for development team members.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand complex requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Responsible for developing and supporting customized and standard solutions that support business requirements and drive key business decisions.
- Technical leadership, setting best practices including integration and application development, deployment, testing (unit and systems), and iterative refinement
- Seek out ways to utilize SFDC to improve processes and productivity, and make recommendations to support an organization scaling at a rapid pace
- Define, communicate, and manage a change management (release) process to develop and implement new applications/code and updates to exciting application/Code.
Must-Have Skills
- 5+ years of Salesforce platform development experience.
- Expert-level knowledge in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and API integration patterns.
- Proven experience in SAP-to-Salesforce integration and org migration/merge projects.
- Skilled in building scalable solutions with Flows, Custom Metadata Types,Platform Events, and CDC.
- Hands-on experience in CI/CD setup using Gearset, Copado, or Jenkins.
- Familiarity with event-driven architecture and modern integration frameworks.
Good-to-Have Skills
- Salesforce Platform Developer II (required), Integration Architecture Designer (preferred).
- Knowledge of Salesforce Shield, Slack automation, Einstein, and Data Cloud.
- Experience leading teams in agile delivery and project planning.
