Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Salesforce Solution Architect to design and deliver scalable, high-quality solutions across multiple Salesforce modules including DSD, Revenue Cloud/RE, Consumer Goods (CG) Cloud, Asset Management, and other Salesforce platforms. The ideal candidate will play a key role in solution design, architecture planning, and client engagement while ensuring best practices and successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions across various modules such as DSD, Revenue/RE, CG Cloud, Asset Management, and core Salesforce clouds.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand requirements and translate them into scalable architectural solutions.
- Lead architecture discussions, solution design, and technical strategy for Salesforce implementations and enhancements.
- Provide technical leadership to development teams and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and governance.
- Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and ensure quality delivery across projects.
- Support integration design with third-party systems and enterprise applications.
- Prepare solution design documents, architecture diagrams, and technical proposals.
- Work closely with delivery and client teams to ensure successful implementation and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features, releases, and industry trends.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 10+ years of overall IT experience with strong expertise in Salesforce architecture and solution design.
- Proven experience working across multiple Salesforce modules such as DSD, Revenue/RE, CG Cloud, Asset Management, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, integrations, and customization.
- Experience in designing enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Salesforce certifications (Application/System Architect or equivalent) preferred.
Additional Requirement:
- Candidate should be willing to relocate to Pune within 6 months.
