Job Title: Salesforce Developer Lead with BA Experience
Experience Level: 6+ years
Position Summary:
We are looking for a Salesforce Developer Lead with both strong Salesforce development skills and Business Analyst experience. In this role, you'll lead the development of Salesforce solutions while also working closely with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into technical features.
Responsibilities:
- Salesforce Development (80%):
- Lead a team of developers; write Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
- Implement integrations and ensure high-quality code and deployments.
- Troubleshoot and optimize existing solutions.
- Salesforce BA (20%):
- Gather business requirements and translate them into technical specs.
- Write user stories, define acceptance criteria, and manage stakeholder communication.
- Support end-users and assist with change management activities.
- Required Skills:
- Strong experience in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
- Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I & II).
- Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs).
- Strong business analysis and communication skills.
- Team leadership experience and troubleshooting skills.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with Salesforce DX and Agile/Scrum.
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ or multi-cloud implementations.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
