Job Title: Salesforce Senior Developer

Location: Pan India

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Senior Developer with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, a team player, and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable Salesforce solutions that meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement high-quality Salesforce solutions using APEX, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and other stakeholders to understand and translate requirements into technical designs.
• Own and manage large portions of the codebase, ensuring maintainability and performance.
• Develop front-end components using JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and JS frameworks (e.g., AngularJS, jQuery).
• Integrate with external systems via REST and SOAP web services.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and deployment activities.
• Ensure adherence to development best practices and coding standards.
• Continuously learn and apply new tools, technologies, and development approaches.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience (APEX, Visualforce, Lightning).
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming/design and familiarity with SQL or other object-oriented languages.
• Experience with JavaScript, modern JS frameworks, and HTML5/CSS3.
• Proven track record of building scalable and maintainable Salesforce applications.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, communication, and a professional attitude.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce Platform Developer certification (a plus but not mandatory).
• Experience with CI/CD, version control tools (e.g., Git), and deployment automation.
