Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled
Senior Salesforce Developer with strong hands-on experience in
Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable Salesforce solutions that meet evolving business needs.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and implement customized solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem, including:
- Apex Classes & Triggers
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Visualforce Pages
- Integrations & APIs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and convert them into robust technical designs.
- Configure and customize Sales Cloud and Service Cloud features such as workflows, validation rules, approval processes, and process builders.
- Develop and maintain data integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools, and Salesforce Connect.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) including design, development, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
- Conduct code reviews, enforce development best practices, and maintain high-quality technical documentation.
- Troubleshoot complex system issues and provide timely fixes and enhancements.
- Ensure all development complies with Salesforce coding standards, security models, and governance policies.
- Mentor junior developers and collaborate closely with solution architects, admins, and business stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications- 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Strong expertise in:
- LWC
- Apex (Triggers, Classes, Batch Apex)
- SOQL & SOSL
- Salesforce configuration
- Experience implementing Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- In-depth understanding of Salesforce security model including roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
- Proficiency with deployment and release management tools such as Copado, Gearset, Change Sets, SFDX.
- Experience with integration techniques (REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Integration Patterns).
- Salesforce certifications preferred:
- Platform Developer I / II
- Administrator
- Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant
