Role Overview

We are seeking a Salesforce Development Lead with strong technical expertise and proven leadership experience. The role requires balancing hands-on development with managing a small team, ensuring delivery excellence in a regulated environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a Salesforce development team (minimum two direct reports).
• Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and SOQL.
• Oversee CI/CD pipelines, Git version control, and DevOps practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and ensure secure, optimized performance.
• Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
• Provide architectural guidance and ensure compliance with Salesforce design standards.

Mandatory Skills

• 57 years of Salesforce development experience.
• Team leadership: Managed at least 2 direct reports.
• Expertise in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture & best practices.
• Salesforce Sales/CRM certification (mandatory).

Additional Skills

• Salesforce Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Loyalty Cloud experience.
• Kafka/event-streaming knowledge.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Agile/Scrum methodology experience (certification not required).
