Sol-Millennium is a global healthcare company dedicated to the research and development, manufacturing, and distribution of high-quality medical devices that support best clinical practice and protect healthcare workers and patients. We serve hospitals, animal health groups, medical supply companies, government health departments, and research facilities across multiple regions worldwide.

Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to help design, build, and scale Sol-Millennium's Salesforce ecosystem. This role will focus on delivering maintainable, high-quality solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud, and supporting integrations with enterprise systems (ERP/BI/middleware). You will partner closely with global stakeholders, Salesforce Administrators, and business teams to improve user experience, drive adoption, and enable commercial execution through scalable architecture and disciplined delivery practices.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and related Salesforce technologies (Aura/Visualforce as needed).
  • Build and maintain integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and standard integration patterns.
  • Develop and optimize automation including triggers, batch jobs, scheduled jobs, and asynchronous processing, ensuring performance within governor limits.
  • Participate in solution design and architecture discussions; recommend scalable approaches and best-practice patterns.
  • Support data migration, troubleshooting, debugging, and platform performance tuning.
  • Follow best practices for code quality, security, testing, documentation, and maintainability; contribute to shared development standards.
  • Use version control and deployment tooling (e.g., Git, CI/CD tools such as Gearset/Copado where applicable) to manage releases and ensure stable deployments.
  • Collaborate across time zones and stakeholders; provide production support with urgency, clarity, and a customer-service mindset.
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to improving development practices, knowledge sharing, and technical documentation.
  • Partner with Salesforce Admin and business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions that improve workflows and end-user outcomes.

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of Salesforce (Force.com) development experience supporting Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud implementations.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Salesforce UI development.
  • Expert proficiency in:
  • Apex (classes, triggers, batch/async)
  • SOQL/SOSL
  • Salesforce security model and best practices
  • Experience designing and supporting integrations via APIs (REST/SOAP) and common integration patterns; familiarity with middleware/integration platforms.
  • Strong understanding of scalable design within Salesforce governor limits; solid object-oriented programming fundamentals.
  • Experience working in Agile delivery environments; strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II preferred).
  • Experience with Experience Cloud (Communities) and external-facing portal implementations.
  • Experience with integration tools such as MuleSoft (or similar).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Gearset or Copado.
  • Experience supporting production environments, release management, and operational excellence practices.
  • Exposure to Salesforce AI capabilities (e.g., Einstein / Agentforce) is a plus.
