About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Salesforce development, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), integrations, and platform customization. Experience with Financial Services Cloud (FSC) is highly preferred.
You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable Salesforce solutions while collaborating with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
- Build and maintain Apex Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, Scheduled Jobs, and other asynchronous processes.
- Develop reusable Lightning Web Components and custom user interfaces to enhance user experience.
- Design and implement integrations with internal and external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Create and optimize SOQL and SOSL queries for efficient data retrieval and processing.
- Configure and maintain Salesforce Flows, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, and other declarative automation tools.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices.
- Support data migration, data cleansing, and system integration initiatives.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement long-term solutions.
- Contribute to CI/CD implementation and DevOps processes for Salesforce deployments.
- Maintain technical documentation for applications, integrations, and customizations.
Required Skills & QualificationsTechnical Skills- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.

- Extensive experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Data Model, Security Model, and Sharing Rules.

- Salesforce Flows
- Validation Rules
- Approval Processes
- Hands-on experience with REST and SOAP API integrations.
- Familiarity with Salesforce deployment and release management processes.
- Experience with Git-based version control systems and CI/CD pipelines.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
- Knowledge of Salesforce DX and modern Salesforce DevOps practices.
- Experience with middleware or integration platforms.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
