Senior Salesforce Developer

Profile: Sr. Software Engineer

Experience: 3-7 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects, Product Owners, and QA teams to design and deliver Salesforce solutions
• Develop and implement custom solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and integrations
• Declarative development (Flows, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, Dynamic forms)
• Design and implement scalable integration solutions using REST/SOAP APIs and third-party systems
• Follow best practices for development, including code reviews, version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and Salesforce DX
• Provide accurate effort estimations and ensure timely delivery of projects
• Maintain high-quality code standards and continuously refactor for performance and scalability
• Troubleshoot and debug complex Salesforce implementations, including asynchronous processes
• Identify system gaps and design innovative solutions
• Support deployment, testing, and post-production activities
• Drive adoption of engineering best practices, frameworks, and development standards
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills
