- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement Agile development practices
- Provide deep technical guidance to developers, QA, and business teams
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex system and integration issues across environments

- Support pre-sales and solutioning efforts when needed for client engagements
- Mentor and coach junior developers, fostering technical growth and best practices adoption
- Drive the creation of reusable assets, frameworks, and internal accelerators
- Leverage agentic AI development tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot) and command-line automation (e.g., Salesforce CLI/SFDX) to accelerate delivery, improve code quality, and build internal productivity accelerators
- Champion the adoption of AI-assisted development workflows across the team, defining best practices for prompt engineering, agent configuration, and human-in-the-loop review
- Collaborate with leadership on roadmapping, prioritization, and platform strategy
