Senior Salesforce Developer

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Senior Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce platform development. The ideal candidate should have solid technical leadership experience, strong solution design capabilities, and proven experience managing team size of 8-10 people, while delivering scalable Salesforce solutions.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

• Salesforce Certifications such as Admin, Advanced Admin, PD-I or PD-II are required
• 7+ years of overall experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, including 5–7 years of hands-on Salesforce development expertise
• 4+ years of experience in Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud development along with exposure to SFCC & SF OMS enhancements
• Strong experience across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, B2B Commerce Cloud, Experience Cloud (Customer & Partner Communities) & AppExchange Products
• Hands-on expertise in Apex, LWC, AURA, Visualforce, Triggers, Controllers, Web Services, and reusable Lightning Component development
• Good understanding of Force.com best practices, design patterns, Salesforce data architecture, integrations, and version control tools like Git/SVN
• Minimum 3 years of team management experience managing teams of 5–10 members

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement scalable solutions using Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud, SFCC, and SF OMS for site enhancements and integrations
• Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, AURA, Visualforce, Controllers, Triggers, and reusable Lightning Components for Customer & Partner Communities
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Ensure adherence to Force.com best practices, design patterns, data architecture, integrations, and version control processes using Git/SVN
• Lead and mentor a team of 8–12 developers while supporting release management, troubleshooting, optimization, and production support activities
