We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce development, integrations, and customization, along with a deep understanding of business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop customized solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (LWC/Aura).
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Lead code reviews, enforce best practices, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Optimize and enhance existing Salesforce implementations for performance and scalability.
- Collaborate with QA teams for testing and deployment activities.
- Support CI/CD processes using tools like Copado, Gearset, or Jenkins.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools).
- Good understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and governor limits.
- Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD tools.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I & II certifications.
- Experience with Salesforce DX and DevOps practices.
- Exposure to OmniStudio, Experience Cloud, or Service/Health/Nonprofit Cloud.
- Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
