Senior Salesforce Consultant Multi-Cloud & Agentic AI
Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Consultant with strong multi-cloud expertise and experience in Agentic AI solutions for 3-6 years of experience, to lead enterprise digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will design, implement, and optimize Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds while leveraging AI-driven automation and intelligent agents to enhance customer and business processes.
This role requires deep Salesforce platform knowledge, consulting experience, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Salesforce Multi-Cloud Solution Design
- Lead architecture and implementation across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Data Cloud.
- Design scalable end-to-end Salesforce solutions aligned with enterprise architecture.
- Provide strategic guidance on Salesforce product capabilities and roadmap.
Agentic AI & Intelligent Automation
- Design and implement AI-driven agents and automation using Salesforce AI tools such as:
- Einstein AI
- Agentforce
- Generative AI capabilities
- Prompt Builder
- AI-powered workflows
- Build intelligent assistants to automate service, sales, and operational processes.
- Integrate AI models, LLMs, and data pipelines to enhance customer engagement and productivity.
Client Engagement & Consulting
- Work directly with stakeholders to gather requirements and define business transformation strategies.
- Conduct solution workshops and discovery sessions.
- Translate complex business needs into technical architecture and implementation plans.
Implementation & Integration
- Lead Salesforce implementations including:
- Custom objects and workflows
- Apex development
- Lightning components
- APIs and integrations
- Integrate Salesforce with enterprise systems such as ERP, marketing platforms, and AI services.
Governance & Best Practices
- Establish best practices for Salesforce architecture, DevOps, and security.
- Ensure compliance with Salesforce governance, scalability, and performance standards.
- Mentor junior consultants and developers.
