Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for a Senior Sales Representative. The Senior Sales Representative will focus on building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, meeting sales targets, and promoting the company's product portfolio. The responsibilities include conducting market research, developing strategic sales plans, preparing client presentations, negotiating deals, and providing exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales, Strategic Planning, and Account Management
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to conduct Market Research and identify business opportunities
- Proficiency in Customer Engagement and Relationship Management
- Understanding of Electronics/Manufacturing industry products and solutions, such as cables and connectors, cords
- Self-motivated with the ability to meet sales targets consistently
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
