Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Associate, located in New Delhi. The Senior Sales Associate will focus on building and maintaining client relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and driving revenue growth. Responsibilities include generating lead, managing agent accounts, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction on ground. The role requires close collaboration with the Ops team to develop effective strategies and achieve targets.

• Strong skills in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
• Experience in Negotiation, Account Management, and Lead Generation
• Analytical skills for market research and identifying business opportunities
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficiency with CRM tools and sales software
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment and lead by example
• Relevant experience in the travel and tourism industry mendatory
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
