This is a full-time role for a Senior Inside Sales representative, based on-site in Gurugram. The role involves managing the end-to-end sales process, generating leads, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The individual will engage directly with clients to understand their needs, present suitable products or services, and build long-term relationships. Providing exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets will be key responsibilities for this position.

• Proven experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to meet sales goals effectively
• Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills, with a focus on building lasting client relationships
• Excellent Communication skills to engage with clients and deliver persuasive sales pitches
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
• Experience in the gemstone or luxury goods industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
