Job Description

What you will do

  • Develop and manage customer relationship
  • Manage existing accounts and develop new accounts, in line with sales strategy to grow target segments and improve profitability
  • Maintain interface at multiple levels with customer
  • Work with CD / Market Development and ADT s to identify and develop value added solutions for customers
  • Timely follow-up on Customer Feed Back (CFB) until resolution of claims and complaints
  • Solicit and process sales orders
  • Negotiate sales terms with customers within set guidelines
  • Monitor and follow up on agreements, initiate that accruals are built and rebates are paid
  • Follow up with CSR and SA to ensure orders are Perfect before input
  • Manage internal documentation needs in a timely and accurate manner
  • Margin optimization
  • Work closely with customers and appropriate functions (CSR, Treasurers, SD Planning, Logistics etc.) to reduce cost and optimize margin
  • Credit Management
  • Set up and maintain appropriate credit terms with customers
  • Manage territory and account plans
  • Develop annual sales plans, including Marketing Excellence (ME) Account Plans and Structural Improve (SI) Plans
  • Stewardship of sales against plans
  • Ensure proper communication and networking with peer sales representatives and sales manager
  • Document / share market intelligence and emerging trends
  • Participate in regional/global networks on short-to-medium term projects
