Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site Senior Sales Officer position based in Lodhika. The Senior Sales Officer will be responsible for managing sales operations, generating leads, and building relationships with clients to achieve sales targets. The role requires coordination with channel partners, providing superior customer service, and developing strategies to maximize customer satisfaction and business growth. Additional responsibilities include staying updated on market trends and driving sales initiatives for both domestic and international markets.

• Willing to travel every month for a business tour.
• Effective Communication and Customer Service abilities.
• Experience and results in Lead Generation and developing new business opportunities.

• Proven ability to meet sales targets and perform in a competitive environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Prior experience in the packaging or manufacturing industries is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
