Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Manager located in Delhi, India. In this position, the Senior Sales Manager will oversee and drive the sales strategy, manage key client relationships, and lead the sales team toward achieving company objectives. Responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, analyzing market trends, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves mentoring team members, defining sales goals, and collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Sales Strategy, Business Development, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
  • Proven experience in managing teams, achieving sales targets, and driving revenue growth
  • Excellent Negotiation, Contract Management, and Communication skills
  • Knowledge of Market Analysis, Forecasting, and Competitive Research
  • Proficiency in using Sales Tools, CRM platforms, and related technologies
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and functions
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • Prior experience in the manufacturing or engineered materials sector is a strong plus
  • Fluency in English and Hindi
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a goal-oriented mindset
