The Opportunity
This is a high-impact role focused on identifying and securing strategic partnerships with major health insurance carriers and brokers. You will be expected to leverage your B2B expertise to translate our technology into a compelling value proposition for institutional partners.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Business Development: Identify and penetrate key accounts, establishing market presence through high-level B2B engagement.
Revenue Growth: Take full ownership of the sales funnel, with a proven ability to meet and exceed ambitious quarterly revenue targets.
Contract Negotiation: Lead complex, long-cycle contract negotiations, ensuring high-value outcomes for both the company and the partner.
Partnership Performance: Analyze and track key performance metrics to ensure long-term account health and scalability.
Professional Requirements
B2B Sales Excellence: 10+ years of experience in large-account B2B sales, enterprise business development, or strategic account management.
Domain Adaptability: A proven ability to quickly master complex product landscapes and industry-specific regulations in a new domain (e.g., Fintech, SaaS, or highly regulated industries).
Communication Mastery: Exceptional verbal and written abilities; you must be comfortable presenting to C-suite executives and building rapport with established industry gatekeepers.
Startup Mindset: High initiative and the ability to operate autonomously. We are looking for a self-starter who sets their own high bar and finds the strategic path to reach it.
Interpersonal Impact: A personable, warm, and engaging demeanor that facilitates trust, even in cold-outreach and high-pressure situations.
