Job Title: Senior Sales Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead and expand our Battery and Solar sales business in the Bangalore and Mysore regions. The candidate should have strong experience in channel sales, B2B sales, and distributor development.

Key Responsibilities

Drive sales growth for Battery and Solar products in assigned locations
Develop and manage channel partners and distributors
Build and strengthen B2B customer relationships
Appoint new distributors and expand market reach
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing
Coordinate with internal teams for order execution and collections

Required Experience & Skills

4 to 10 years of experience in Battery and/or Solar sales industry
Strong experience in Channel Sales and B2B Sales
Proven expertise in Distributor appointment and management
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
Experience handling Bangalore and Mysore markets preferred

Qualification

Graduate / MBA (preferred)
