Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for an Area Manager - Sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for Building & Training Team, Setting and Achieving sales targets and Sales Strategy Development, On Field Sales Management, Sales Budgeting & Forecasting, Market & Competitor Analysis, Product Knowledge & Sales Techniques, Performance Tracking, Identifying New Business Opportunities, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and profitable growth.

Qualifications

Experience in sales leadership, strategic planning, and business development

Experience in recruitment, marketing, CRM management, excel & powerpoint

Minimum 3 Yrs experience in Team Handling with Inside & Field Sales models

Strong client relationship management and negotiation skills

Proficiency in data analysis, market research, and performance metrics

Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team management skills

Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field MBA preferred
