Now, we're seeking a powerhouse Sr. Sales Manager/Director to spearhead our Named Accounts strategy in Mumbai, focusing on key verticals like BFSI, Healthcare, Pharma, Automobile, Retail, and Ecommerce.

You'll be a force multiplier, driving growth by:

  • Owning high-potential Named Accounts: Build and cultivate deep relationships with key decision-makers across your assigned accounts. Become their trusted advisor, understanding their unique challenges and showcasing how our solutions unlock tangible value.
  • Leading the charge on new logos: Partner with Marketing and BDR teams to identify, qualify, and close high-value deals, expanding our footprint in Mumbai and beyond.
  • Unleashing the power of existing accounts: Collaborate with the Account Management team to uncover upsell and cross-sell opportunities, maximizing revenue from existing clients.
  • Driving the sales engine: Possess a contagious passion for closing deals, with the tenacity to overcome obstacles and exceed ambitious targets.
  • Mastering the forecast: Rigorously manage forecasts, ensuring accuracy and accountability, and keeping stakeholders informed and confident.
  • Championing CRM discipline: Utilize our CRM system effectively, ensuring accurate data entry, opportunity management, and insightful reporting.

You're the ideal candidate if you:

  • Have 10+ years of proven success in B2B sales leadership, ideally within the technology or related industries.
  • Possess a deep understanding of the key verticals, with established relationships and networks in Mumbai.
