Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Manager based in Bengaluru. The Senior Sales Manager will oversee the sales strategy to drive business growth, develop strong client and stakeholder relationships, and ensure a consistent achievement of revenue targets. Responsibilities include leading and mentoring the sales team, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with internal departments to enhance client satisfaction. The role also involves preparing sales forecasts, monitoring market trends, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience of 5 yrs+ in marketing of financial products and developing business growth strategies
- Strong knowledge of mutual funds, alternatives, and financial services
- Excellent relationship-building, communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in analyzing market data and creating sales forecasts
- Ability to lead, mentor and motivate a sales team effectively
- Relevant professional certifications or a degree in Finance, Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance related to the financial sector
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Proficient in using CRM tools and other sales management software
