POSITION: Senior Sales Manager BFSI & Enterprise Sales

Job Type: Work From Office (5 Days)

Location: Noida Office

Project / Work: All BFSI Customers

Experience Required: 5+ Years

Education: B.Tech / MBA

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager with a strong enterprise sales background who can independently manage high-value BFSI and enterprise customers end-to-end. The ideal candidate should be confident, highly presentable, proactive, and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills along with a solid understanding of technical and solution-based selling.

This role requires complete ownership of revenue, customer relationships, and deal closures while coordinating closely with internal technical and delivery teams.

What You'll Do (Job Description)
  • Own end-to-end sales and revenue responsibility for assigned enterprise and BFSI accounts.
  • Manage enterprise customer relationships, including onboarding, engagement, and long-term retention.
  • Understand customer requirements and propose technology-driven solutions aligned with business needs.
  • Lead customer communication, presentations, negotiations, and closures.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (tech, product, delivery) for solution alignment and execution.
  • Maintain accurate sales reporting, pipeline tracking, and CRM updates.
  • Drive consistent revenue growth with a closure-driven and target-oriented approach.

Good-to-Have Skills
  • Experience in AI, SaaS, IT services, or enterprise technology sales
  • Exposure to Banking, NBFCs, Government, or large enterprise clients
  • Experience in solution selling and working closely with technical teams
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred), sales reporting, and P&L exposure
