Primary Responsibilities
  • Meet or exceedOcean forwarding revenue, volume, and sales targetsas per the sales plan.
  • Manage Ocean customers actively to promote ourOcean product capabilities.
  • AchieveGP budget targets for Ocean business at the zone level.
  • Identify target customers and develop asales plan aligned with market strategies.
  • Ensure pricing requests followfreight forwarding pricing guidelineswhile maintaining profitability.
  • Submittimely weekly sales reports and sales forecasts.
  • Maintain an updatedcustomer database with proper segmentation.
  • Interact with customers regularly, meeting commitments and achieving high customer satisfaction levels.
  • Build strong customer relationships and ensurehigh satisfaction levels.
  • Network withforwarders, co-loaders, and ocean carriersto stay updated on market trends and competition.
Preferred Candidate Profile
  • Experience:515 years infreight forwarding sales
  • Trade Lane Experience:US Trade Lane preferred
  • Volume Handling:1416 TEUs per week
  • Market Exposure:Preferably international market
