Primary Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed Ocean forwarding revenue, volume, and sales targets as per the sales plan.
• Manage Ocean customers actively to promote our Ocean product capabilities.
• Achieve GP budget targets for Ocean business at the zone level.
• Identify target customers and develop a sales plan aligned with market strategies.
• Ensure pricing requests follow freight forwarding pricing guidelines while maintaining profitability.
• Submit timely weekly sales reports and sales forecasts.
• Maintain an updated customer database with proper segmentation.
• Interact with customers regularly, meeting commitments and achieving high customer satisfaction levels.
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction levels.
• Network with forwarders, co-loaders, and ocean carriers to stay updated on market trends and competition.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience: 515 years in freight forwarding sales
• Trade Lane Experience: US Trade Lane preferred
• Volume Handling: 1416 TEUs per week
• Market Exposure: Preferably international market
