Key Responsibilities
Property Sourcing
- Identify and source new properties, projects, and inventory suitable for client requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, brokers, and channel partners.
- Conduct regular market research to stay updated on new launches and market trends.
Client Handling & Closing
- Understand client needs and match them with suitable property options.
- Conduct property presentations, site visits, and negotiation meetings.
- Manage end-to-end transaction closure process, ensuring smooth documentation and follow-ups.
Business Development
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and field activities.
- Support the sales team in converting leads into successful closures.
- Create strategies to enhance sourcing and improve closure rates.
Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, customer updates, and post-sales support.
- Maintain daily/weekly reports on sourcing activities, pipeline status, and closures.
- Ensure timely follow-ups with clients and stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4 to 7 years of experience in real estate sourcing and closing roles.
- Strong knowledge of the Mumbai real estate market (Ghatkopar experience preferred).
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve monthly closure targets.
- Strong network with developers, brokers, and channel partners.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
