Job Overview
The Senior Manager Sales will drive institutional sales strategy for the platform, focusing on forging relationships with banks, NBFCs, and other financial institutions. The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in B2B financial product sales and is adept at managing the full sales cyclefrom lead generation to closurewithin the financial services ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to onboard banks, NBFCs, and other financial institutions to the platform.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth through strategic account management.
- Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities within the BFSI sector.
- Build long-term relationships with senior decision-makers, product heads, and procurement teams across financial institutions.
- Lead presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to secure platform adoption.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine offerings and ensure alignment with client needs.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to influence business strategy.
