Senior Manager Sales | NxtWave (NIAT Division)

Locations: Gujarat / Bangalore / Odisha / West Bengal / Madhya Pradesh / Tamil Nadu / Maharashtra

Work Mode: Work from Office | 6 Days/Week

Experience: 36 Years | Industry: EdTech / Education / High-Ticket B2C Sales

About the Role:

We're looking for a dynamic Senior Manager Sales to lead revenue growth and drive our offline expansion. You'll lead a high-performing team of managers, BDMs, and counsellors to achieve ambitious targets, optimize funnels, and build scalable sales systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Revenue & Funnel Management

  • Own end-to-end sales funnels: Lead Demo Conversion Retention
  • Track & optimize conversion metrics (Lead-to-Demo %, Demo-to-Sale %, CAC, Attrition)
  • Build forecasting models for predictable revenue growth

Strategic Planning & Execution

  • Design regional sales & territory expansion strategies
  • Conduct market analysis to identify new offline opportunities
  • Manage office visits, counselling sessions & admissions end-to-end

Team & Leadership

  • Lead and mentor Managers, ABDMs, and Counsellors
  • Drive performance reviews, coaching, and team development
  • Build a strong performance-driven culture

Operational Excellence

  • Collaborate with Marketing, LeadGen, Product, and Operations teams
  • Implement data-driven process improvements
  • Handle escalations & ensure superior customer experience

What We're Looking For:

1) 36 years experience in Sales Leadership (preferably EdTech / High-ticket B2C)

2) Proven experience managing Managers & Counsellors

3) Excellent communication in English + regional language (Kannada / Tamil / Hindi / Bengali / Marathi / Gujarati / Odia)

4) Data-driven, analytical, and highly motivated leader

5) Strong coaching mindset & resilience to thrive in a fast-paced setup
