Role Description

  1. Engage with government departments, corporate clients, and small & medium businesses to establish long-term partnerships
  2. Understand client needs and propose customized ICT & ITES solutions that align with their business objectives.
  3. Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets, ensuring year-over-year business growth.
  4. Support RFQ-based opportunities, analyze requirements, and contribute to proposal and bidding processes.
  5. Lead sales efforts to expand NFIT's presence in key markets.
  6. Work closely with presales, finance, operations, and HR teams to optimize resources and drive sales success.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and public procurement policies to enhance sales strategies.

Qualifications:

  1. Degree in business/marketing/communication/IT, or any other technical-related field.
  2. 05 to 10 years of work experience in sales.
  3. Preferred: Master's degree in any of the above fields
  4. Strong written and spoken communication skills, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  5. Problem-solving and a can-do attitude.
