Role Description
- Engage with government departments, corporate clients, and small & medium businesses to establish long-term partnerships
- Understand client needs and propose customized ICT & ITES solutions that align with their business objectives.
- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets, ensuring year-over-year business growth.
- Support RFQ-based opportunities, analyze requirements, and contribute to proposal and bidding processes.
- Lead sales efforts to expand NFIT's presence in key markets.
- Work closely with presales, finance, operations, and HR teams to optimize resources and drive sales success.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and public procurement policies to enhance sales strategies.
Qualifications:
- Degree in business/marketing/communication/IT, or any other technical-related field.
- 05 to 10 years of work experience in sales.
- Preferred: Master's degree in any of the above fields
- Strong written and spoken communication skills, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and a can-do attitude.
