Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Senior Sales Manager role located in Noida. The Senior Sales Manager will lead a team of sales professionals, develop and implement strategic sales plans, and establish strong relationships with clients and real estate developers. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, achieving sales targets, mentoring team members, and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction. Active involvement in market research, sales forecasting, and the execution of marketing strategies is also required.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Leadership and team management skills, including the ability to mentor, guide, and motivate sales teams effectively.
  • Proficiency in market analysis and strategic planning to identify opportunities and develop actionable plans.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for building long-term client and developer relationships.
  • Knowledge of real estate market trends and the ability to manage complex property portfolios.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field; an MBA is a strong plus.
  • Experience in the real estate industry is highly preferred.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong commitment to delivering excellence to clients.
