Key Responsibilities
IT Sales & Business Development
Drive end-to-end IT and cloud solutions sales for SMB and enterprise clients.
Identify opportunities to sell cloud services, hosting, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure solutions.
Build, manage, and grow a strong sales pipeline.
Lead Generation & Client Acquisition
Generate leads through calls, networking, events, and industry research.
Identify key decision-makers (IT Heads, CTOs, CIOs, Procurement, etc.).
Understand client IT requirements and map them to company solutions.
Client Meetings, Presentations & Demos
Conduct product presentations and virtual/in-person demos.
Explain cloud/IT offerings (Cloud, Hosting, VMs, Managed Services, etc.) clearly.
Build strong client relationships to drive consistent business growth.
Proposal Management & Deal Closure
Coordinate with technical teams to build proposals, solution designs, and pricing.
Present solutions, negotiate terms, and close deals successfully.
Ensure timely follow-up and movement of opportunities in CRM.
Account Management & Coordination
Maintain relationships with existing clients for renewals and upsell opportunities.
Coordinate with delivery/operations teams for onboarding.
Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the service lifecycle.
Reporting & Sales Performance
Maintain accurate sales data, pipeline updates, and reports in CRM.
Prepare weekly/monthly sales dashboards.
Share insights on market trends, competition, and customer needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in IT/Cloud/Technology sales (Mandatory).
Strong understanding of cloud platforms: Microsoft Azure, AWS, Hosting, VMs, Servers, SaaS/IaaS/PaaS.
Ability to simplify and communicate technical concepts to clients.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Experience with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce).
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
