Position: Sales Engineer / Senior Sales Manager
Industry: Real Estate Farmhouse / Second Home (Developer Side)

Compensation: Fixed Salary + Target-Based Incentives
Role Summary
We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales professional with deep exposure to developer-side farmhouse / second home sales. This role demands ownership of the full sales cycle, excellence in HNI engagement, strategic channel partner development, and disciplined commercial execution. The ideal candidate combines market acumen, negotiation mastery, and pipeline discipline to consistently achieve targets in a performance-oriented culture.
Key Responsibilities (KRA)
Deliver monthly & quarterly sales targets for farmhouse / plotted / second home projects
Manage end-to-end sales closures: from lead intake site visits effective negotiation booking confirmation
Independently handle HNI / investor relationships and close high-value transactions
Coordinate with Legal & CRM teams to facilitate documentation, registrations, and compliance checks
Develop, nurture, and manage performance of channel partners and broker networks
Ensure price realization, revenue integrity and timely collections through structured follow-ups
Maintain detailed sales MIS, strong pipeline tracking & accurate forecasting reports
Uphold company policies, ensuring compliant and ethical sales conduct with zero mis-selling

Required Expertise
1012 years of developer-side sales experience in real estate
Proven expertise in farmhouse / second home / plotted land sales
Demonstrable negotiation, objection handling & closing skills
Strong understanding of land titles, approvals, documentation and buyer expectations
Ability to operate independently, prioritize, and deliver under clearly defined targets
Preferred Background
Senior Sales Engineer / Senior Sales Manager from reputable real estate developers
Experience handling high-ticket transactions and discerning clientele
Track record of building sales pipelines and scaling channel partner networks
