Role Overview
One Health Assist is seeking a high-performing Senior Sales Manager Doctor Acquisition to lead and scale our doctor onboarding and partnership initiatives. This role demands strong leadership, strategic sales planning, and deep experience in healthcare relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end doctor acquisition strategy and execution
Drive onboarding of doctors, clinics, and healthcare partners at scale
Manage, mentor, and monitor the doctor acquisition sales team
Set targets, track KPIs, and ensure consistent revenue growth
Build long-term, high-value relationships with senior medical professionals
Conduct negotiations, closures, and partnership agreements
Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams for smooth onboarding
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to refine sales strategy
Eligibility & Skills
7+ years of experience in healthcare sales / doctor acquisition / B2B sales
Proven leadership experience in managing high-performing sales teams
Strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Target-driven mindset with strong business acumen
Bachelor's degree; MBA or healthcare management preferred
