About the Role

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales and operations team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a proven track record in achieving sales targets, and the ability to manage both people and processes efficiently. This is a key role that involves overseeing sales strategies, driving revenue growth, and ensuring seamless coordination across departments to meet organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve business targets and enhance performance.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.
  • Oversee the entire sales cycle from lead generation and client engagement to deal closure and post-sale support.
  • Collaborate closely with operations and marketing teams to align sales efforts with company objectives.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare detailed sales forecasts, performance reports, and management updates.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, ethical standards, and operational processes.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience
