Job Description

Experience: 8–15 Years

Location: Delhi NCR

Industry: Government Sales, Ministry of IT and related departments

Education: Engineering preferred; MBA is a plus

We are looking for a strong enterprise sales professional with experience selling Enterprise Software, SaaS, DMS, BPM, ERP, AI/ML, Digital Transformation, or Automation solutions into Government and Public Sector organisations.

Key Requirements:

  • Strong experience in Government Enterprise Sales.
  • Proven ability to build pipeline independently and acquire new accounts.
  • Experience working with Central Government departments, MeitY ecosystem, and associated agencies.
  • Strong relationships with senior stakeholders including Secretaries, Joint Secretaries, Directors, CIOs, IT Heads, and Procurement teams.
  • Experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles involving RFPs, RFIs, GeM, tenders, and commercial negotiations.
  • Understanding of Government procurement processes and frameworks.
  • Track record of closing large-value enterprise technology deals.
  • Comfortable with cold outreach, account mapping, CXO engagement, partner-led sales, and extensive travel.
  • Prior experience selling Enterprise Software, DMS, BPM, ERP, AI/ML, Analytics, Cybersecurity, Cloud, or Digital Transformation solutions is highly preferred.
