Description

What You'll Do

We are expanding our NetSuite sales team and therefore looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals with strong business acumen and exceptional sales ability to join our Direct sales team based out of NCR.

To be successful in this role, you must be a Hunter with passion for acquiring new business logo's. You must have strong interpersonal and communication skills, be able to multi-task, and be capable to work in a fast-paced environment. As an Application Sales Representative, you will be responsible for the full sales life cycle. If you have proven experience prospecting and exceeding quota — we want you!

  • Develop strategic territory plan for achieving annual quota and business growth by hitting your monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • You must be capable to drive demand generation with multi-strategy and orchestrate internal and external resource to achieve pipeline generation goal. You need to be capable and efficient to operate fundamental demand generation activity, social selling, as well as leading large scale of demand generation campaign.
  • Engage with prospective clients to position Oracle NetSuite solutions mainly via emails, telephone, face to face customer in-person and virtual meetings; Prospect, consult and sell business application solutions and related services to prospective new mid-market / upper midmarket business customers.
  • Work with your prospects to learn their business, understand their needs and determine how the NetSuite solution can best address their issues; Build successful customer relationship/ partnership and success references in the assigned territory.
  • Capable to maintain Sales forecast accuracy and consistency with in-depth account coverage, deal management and win plan. Be able to effectively and efficiently use internal system to manage pipeline and forecast.
  • Strategic Leadership – leverage and orchestrate available internal and external resources including solution consulting, professional services, marketing, industry experts and management to drive success of GTM and Sales execution with Objective to over-achieve quota.

Required Skills/Experience

  • 12–15 years of overall sales experience, with at least 5 years in SaaS, ERP, cloud applications, or enterprise software sales.
  • Proven success in new logo acquisition, pipeline creation, pipeline progression, and closing complex B2B sales deals.
  • Strong hunter mentality with a consistent record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Experience selling to mid-market and upper-mid-market customers, preferably organizations with revenue up to USD 250 million.
  • Ability to engage confidently with C-level executives and senior decision-makers.
  • Strong understanding of business applications, ERP, finance transformation, operational efficiency, or digital transformation themes.
  • Ability to lead strategic discussions with business leaders and connect technology solutions to measurable business outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Strong territory planning, account planning, forecasting, and deal-management discipline.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while managing multiple opportunities simultaneously.
  • High resilience, maturity, and emotional intelligence, with the ability to handle pressure and complex business situations.
  • Customer-first mindset with a focus on creating successful, long-term customer outcomes.
  • Demonstrated career progression, strong performance recognition, or expanded responsibilities in previous roles.

In this role, success means building a healthy territory, creating high-quality pipeline, engaging senior stakeholders, and consistently closing new NetSuite customers.
