Urgent Opening for the Role of Senior Demand Manager for Gurgaon
We are looking for a seasoned Senior Demand Manager with 5+ years of experience in sales leadership to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. This role is primarily focused on inside sales management, with responsibility for leading a team of sales professionals, leveraging data-driven strategies, and ensuring smooth customer onboarding. In addition, the role includes oversight of overall field executives and to strengthen ground-level execution and customer engagement.
1. Inside Sales Leadership
- Set up and lead ( 0-1) a team of inside sales executives to drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Develop scripts, workflows, and sales playbooks to maximize conversion rates.
- Monitor daily call volumes, lead pipelines, and closure ratios.
- This is more of a 0-1 role where the person is expected to take initiatives to refine the sales process.
2. Data Analysis & Customer Segmentation
- Conduct data-driven analysis to identify customer segments and high-potential clusters.
- Use insights to design targeted campaigns that drive revenue growth.
- Apply advanced Excel skills for reporting, forecasting, and performance tracking.
3. Customer Relationship Management
- Ensure seamless onboarding and strong relationships with acquired customers.
- Address queries promptly and maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Drive retention initiatives to maximize customer lifetime value.
6. Reporting & Insights
- Deliver regular reports on sales activities, demand trends, and team performance.
- Present actionable insights to senior management for strategic decision-making.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in inside sales, demand management, or business development.
- Proven track record of team handling (10+ people) across inside and field sales.
- Strong expertise in data analysis, customer segmentation, and revenue-driving strategies.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce) and Google Sheets.
- Experience in process adherence, SLA management, and process implementation.
- Knowledge of the logistics and supply chain industry (preferred).
Willingness to travel occasionally for field team oversight and customer visit
