Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Senior Sales Manager at our Gurugram office. The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and driving sales operations to achieve revenue targets. Daily responsibilities include creating and executing sales strategies, cultivating client relationships, negotiating and closing deals, and collaborating with teams to meet business objectives. Additionally, this role will involve tracking performance metrics, mentoring junior team members, and building a strong sales pipeline.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
  • Strong skills in Negotiation, Communication, and Relationship Building
  • Leadership and Team Management experience, with the ability to mentor and develop sales teams
  • Analytical and Strategic Thinking skills, with a focus on achieving sales and revenue targets
  • Familiarity with the real estate industry and market trends is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Proactive approach, self-motivation, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
