Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur for a Senior Sales Manager. The Senior Sales Manager will lead and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and identify new business opportunities. Responsibilities include overseeing the sales team, developing sales plans, building and maintaining client relationships, negotiating and closing deals, and analyzing market trends and customer needs. Collaboration with multiple internal departments to ensure client satisfaction and revenue targets is also essential.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Lead Generation.
  • Strong skills in Team Leadership, Communication, and Relationship Building.
  • Strategic Thinking and ability to develop and implement effective Sales Plans and Strategies.
  • Analytical skills to interpret Market Trends, Forecasting, and Customer Insights for decision-making.
  • Proficiency with CRM Software and Sales Performance Tools to track and measure outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close contracts, with a strong focus on client satisfaction.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is preferred.
  • Experience in Real Estate or a related industry is an added advantage.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and exceed sales targets effectively.
