This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur for a Senior Sales Manager. The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for leading sales efforts, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. The role involves overseeing and motivating a team of sales professionals, creating sales strategies, and analyzing market trends to ensure continued growth and success for the organization.

• Proven expertise in sales strategy development, client acquisition, and revenue generation
• Leadership and team management skills, including training and motivating a sales team
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
• Knowledge of the real estate industry and experience in real estate sales or related fields is a strong advantage
• Proficiency in market analysis and ability to adapt strategies to evolving market trends
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Ability to work independently with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools is a plus
