Role Description – Banquet & Event Sales
We are seeking a high-calibre Banquet & Event Sales professional to drive revenue and position Shamiyana Gardens as a preferred luxury venue in Jaipur.
The role involves managing end-to-end sales—from lead generation and client consultations to closing high-value events—while delivering a seamless and premium client experience. You will work closely with internal design and execution teams to ensure each event reflects our brand's elevated standards.
A strong understanding of the luxury segment, client handling finesse, and the ability to convert discerning clientele are critical to success in this role.
Preferred Qualities & Skills
1. Strong experience in banquet sales, hospitality, or luxury event management
2. Proven ability to handle high-value clients and close premium deals
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a polished presence
4. Deep understanding of luxury weddings, corporate events, and social functions
5. Established network within wedding planners, corporates, and HNI clientele
6. High level of ownership, professionalism, and attention to detail
7. Ability to present, pitch, and position offerings at an international standard
8. Strong negotiation skills with a focus on value-based selling (not discounting)
9. Organized, process-driven approach to sales and client management
10. Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
