Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Greater Noida ( Surajpur) for a Senior Sales Manager. The Senior Sales Manager will lead sales efforts, develop and execute sales strategies, and meet revenue targets. Responsibilities include building strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role entails overseeing the sales team, providing guidance, forecasting sales outcomes, and presenting reports to management. Regular client meetings and maintaining a deep understanding of market trends will be essential for success.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales management, business development, and client relationship management
• 8-10 Years of experience required.
• Salary is upto 10 LPA.
• Looking from Poly, Foam, and Label industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Expertise in developing sales strategies and achieving revenue targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Market research, trend analysis, and competitive analysis proficiency
• Experience in industrial packaging or related sectors is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA is an advantage
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in an on-site, collaborative team environment
